As a professional life and leadership coach, Courtney is passionate about empowering men and women to overcome limiting beliefs and adopt healthier mindsets in pursuit of their goals and dreams. With a background in higher education and the music industry, she helps people connect and activate their authentic truth, voice, and their leadership.
Through 1:1 coaching, small groups and community talks, Courtney offers insight and processes to help people stand up and stand out in the world. She believes everyone has their own inner wisdom and resources and it’s her job to help people tap into them.

Hello! I'm Courtney Creel Blankenship.
25 years ago when a friend asked what I most wanted to do, my response was, "to help others see beauty and find success in the world." My 20-year career in academia was the perfect outlet for me to do just that!
When I started working with a coach in 2020, the impact was so profound in my life, that helping others also experience transformation and personal growth became my life's goal. I believe everyone has the inner wisdom and resources they need, it's my job to assist in tapping into them.
I am also dedicated to helping professional women achieve greater confidence and career success after life transitions including divorce.
In 2023, with my two children launched and 20 years in academia, I was nudged to commit fully to coaching and serving professionals, and to move to build a life with my long-distance partner of 10 years, Matt. We reside near Springfield, Illinois.
